Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the services provided by DecideMed, including the interpretation, enforceability, or breach of this agreement, shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its rules. By agreeing to arbitration, you understand that you are waiving your right to have any disputes resolved in court, including the right to a jury trial.
The arbitration shall take place in the state of California, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, except as otherwise provided in the AAA rules.
